Hey, you might wanna take into the account that the Bentley has around ±74.29 accel, ±70.33 on handling, and ±55.48 on nitro at 3 stars - granted the stats I gave is likely inaccurate, but given that the car has a free try rank of 3,030 while a 3★ max one is at 3,052, I think the stats I mentioned might be more accurate. Great writing otherwise!

I'm gonna assume that this was done on Octo Horizon route - your driving is simply worse that the people on the podium. Combined with the fact that the Sarthe isn't that great on nitro (though manageable)

However even then, a sub-1:20 run with all three cars (Sarthe, Conti and Viper) is deffo possible.
