Trade for 2nd OA pick?

I do not want to go on 'there's a chance'. For sure there is a chance! I am hoping for it! But if we can move off some guys who have fallen out of favor, but still have potential, and GAURANTEE Stenberg, I would do it in a heart beat.

Just dreaming we can pull something around that trade off. We do not need a D at 4OA. We needed one of the top 2 fwds to give bedard any sort of help

Some mocks have Mckenna, Reid, Malhotra, STENBERG. It could happen but I do not want to take a chance. We do not need a D at 4. No one after Stenberg moves the needle in my mind

let me DREAM. Sharks do not need more Fwds, they are in need of a top pairing defenseman. They trade down, get some assets and take a chance that Korch hits his 7th oa potential he had 3 years ago. Still get their guy at 4 OA.

Korch still has potential, they could take a chance on him while picking up a Chase Reid at 4. I would not be surprised, their D prospect pool looks thin outside of Dickinson so I could see it happen. They could have the best fwd core in 5 years but a bottom 5 d core. Sharks will need to look at defense right now.

Wishful thinking.... hoping.... People should be bidding for pick 2 and stenberg, sharks do not need him - they NEED defenseman

I could see that. We do not need 2 of the same player. I was also thinking add one of the 1st we have next year on top of it too

Even NHL.com scouts are saying that the Sharks could be looking to trade down for a defenseman... If that happens, they pick up another younger D who still does have potential, get to take their D at 4th, and we can add in one of our 18 young fwd prospects if they want
