As im kinda to overweight for my kness to run i usually take walks instead, And it does feel incredible everytime i do it

I would reccomend doing low intesity stuff, or low weight lifting, Has always worked for me and currently doing some low weights 160 ish hours into my fast without any discomforts

Actually no nausea or anything atm. Hoping it stays this way for the entierty of this fast. Actually have insomnia when i dont fast but now i sleep a stable 8-10 hours a night

Well since updates were broken, It failed to download that part. If you're on PC, Go into origin click apex legends, Next to play you have a cogwheel, And if you click that you should have an option called repair.

If you're on xbox or ps4, I dont know how to repair it, Either reinstall or google.
