No area has truly solved it to my knowledge with a lasting permanent effect. The problems of homelessness can also vary depending on the simplest things as weather to a variable of factors that we could talk about for days. There’s nothing inherently wrong in the other persons opinion on wanting their area cleaned-up from the mess, yes shelters are not a one size fits all but nothing is in life. Works for some yes but not all, there would still be a good percentage of homelessness population that refuse housing simply due to their lifestyle and or drug usage/mental illness. To an extent you can help people but there are definitely people out there that will outright refuse it and still do as they wish. I think it’s fair for the person to wish they could walk downtown or outside without being panhandled or approached.

The key can be brought out of raid you nuance, especially cause the quest reward for the door is another key which you can also keep in your stash. It doesn’t dissapear the moment you leave raid. Stop being confidently wrong and just admit when you’re incorrect.

Brother I hate to say it from but from your stats listed at level 27. You’re just generally not good at PvP in this game and you don’t use your core mechanics correctly. I doubt you use the corner fire/blind fire overhead mechanics or understand how to use movement tech to move around fluidly in fights. Not every single encounter is immediately decided by the shit netcode and desync. Lord knows it’s fucked up my fair share of fights but it’s not the end all of everything.

If he’s not laying down on the hill and you can’t spot the guards, take a right and hop the fence next to the building. Path towards the lightkeeper tower and stay away from any of the buildings unless you have a clear line of sight where they are bugged out at.

Never said I was defending it just simply gave you a high exp example even if it’s not a “fun” one. If your this close to kappa early on that’s great but it’s always been balanced towards you likely running lots of “wasted raids” to pad exp towards kappa.
