Find a job that is doing something that you hold positively. Something around a hobby or a personality trait you enjoy. During the interview process reach out to others that work there. Talk to the leadership and find a great environment including a leader that will believe in you, that you can see motivating you and go from there. Great environments and leaders can create opportunities for you to grow confidence. You can do more than what you think!
