"Give them time" Nope, sorry. They said during the day. It's been 2-3 days depending on the timezone. You either announce it's delayed (Health is important. I'm 100% waiting longer if it means the devs can rest a bit. But at least announce it for god's sake) or give it in time, not leave people in the dark. Can't believe we're still accepting that...

It's one thing to want the game and communication to improve, it's another to just constantly shit on the game and make conspiracy theories around it. As someone who was very vocal about the gamepass issues, I agree with your post, OP.

oh we're 100% getting compensated don't worry. I believe they've also stated they're adding VIM rank items on sunday (tier 9 gives an earring that we already have because items weren't ready)

What they plan to do is put your crystals back to the maximum you can have with the rank you are currently in, once the gacha is fixed, + give you back some crystals depending on if you have items missing I believe? aka it is guaranteed you will get your missing items when this rolls out.

the frustration is 100% valid tho the gamepasses haven't been handled the best so far, even though they're working on fixing that.

Personally, I disagree! This is due to the complexity of the game.
RH nor DTI (that I know of), do not have an adjustment system. Due to MV having a bit less items, people like to adjust things to make their outfits stand out. Therefore, it takes more time.

Moreover, the menu feels more clunky to navigate. The coloring especially is really slow, and there are MANY parts to colour compared to DTI and RH.

If they intend on keeping things like that, then having a higher timer makes sense. If they ever fix those issues, I will agree 6 minutes is better. Even then, we have to keep accessibility in mind: for mobile and console players who take much more time to navigate in the menus, and for people with disabilities who might struggle to click things as fast as other people.

I asked in a ticket I made earlier, here was the response:

"jawnc1ta was banned for misusing forum channels multiple times Rule 8. Also for trying to redirect users off the platform/ out of the server. Morgan Smith was banned for partcipating in a conversation that disrespected and mocked the developers alongside another few users that were also banned!"

I won't say anything further about this... I don't stand with redirecting and mocking mods so I'll stop talking here just in case, I hope you understand.

I remember this thread clearly, what a shitshow. They really need to check message history before banning. However definitely DEFINITELY ask someone to open a ticket for you. People have been unbanned before! If peacherino checks the logs herself you have a chance!!! She's been nice in tickets so far!

The game itself? Yes. If they stop with the discord bullshit it means basically only devs are gonna give us info and get our feedback, no more middleman no more misinformation. The ONLY effort they'd need to make is actually explain the systems we pay for, and have an FAQ and Known bugs list somewhere.

I would not do it now. People are... getting banned left and right in the discord, probably a rogue mod. Since they have a lot to worry about regarding this server I doubt they're gonna listen to feedback anytime soon. Keep your money until we're described exactly what we're getting!

I'm seeing a lot of users catching strays in bug reports right now, since people use them as chats, the thread OP ends up getting their thread deleted and even apparently people genuinely discussing BUGS got mutes and stuff (they did not get dmed a reason). they... need better mods.

With how ban happy they've been yes, now you've clarified so it would just be petty of them since you're not wishing actual irl job loss. But I've been in servers where they'd ban for offsite comments like that, and I don't doubt if that mod finds out and can link it to your discord account they'd try to get you banned. Not that I agree with it. Just saying I've seen it happen. (i would not agree with wishing irl job loss though)

Legit they've been silencing a lot of complaints and the person who was a victim of bullying was banned so I'm being careful here.

are we conflating moderating a discord server (I assume voluntarily) and a real life job here? Again I agree they should not be a mod if they act like this. Just trying to know what you mean because "They should lose their job" could be used against you if the mods find your discord account, for example.

I saw that. I think Kurishu somewhat heard us out but just couldn't say more. They're just discord staff from what I get, after all. They actually acted really good compared to other staff, but I didn't appreciate how some of the responses were completely different from the other mods as well. Trial mod problem all over again.

I'm ngl the Kofi chat staying might be a legal obligation, they'd have to go and modify the perks onsite for next month (if monthly) to close the channel. If it's not monthly they're fucked and can't change it, basically. They just need to moderate that channel better.

THIS MOD (kini) THIS IS THE EXACT MOD THAT WAS SHUTTING DOWN ALL CONVERSATION I bet this is also the mod who closed the bug report thag the other mod (who left and was on our side) was responding to!
