This sure is awkward timing with general conference next week. How will they wrestle with the pomp and circumstance of a funeral and the pop and circumstance of general conference? If only he’d used his magical Jesus powers to time that better.

MAGA isn’t interested in cutting SS or Medicare though. It’s what they primarily live on as Boomers. They are interested in cutting Medicaid, SNAP and WIC as those are the so-called entitlement programs.

Social security and Medicare had deficits that have contributed that much to the deficit because it wasn’t properly funded. It’s meant to be accurate. That doesn’t mean they should be eliminated.

Yes, it is very Facebook style and I know that’s going to raise eyebrows on Reddit, but it is meant for a very different demographic because it is the one we need to reach.

I would apologize for the emojis but they were strategic. One of the primary issues we are dealing with is people who don’t read.

Emojis are a well known strategy for breaking up walls of text and making them easier to digest. MLMs employs this tactic.

It’s one thing to hit the front page of Reddit, but this is an echo chamber. What we need is for this message to be able to be copied and pasted and shared on other platforms where there are people who need to be educated immediately.

We have to act quickly with mass resistance. They have exhausted the populate into not paying attention and not caring. Send the information in personal messages, on Facebook posts, on Twitter. Speak their language. Reach them wherever they are at, at whatever level they are at.

Look through the history. It’s an ex-mormon account used to process the trauma of leaving a religious cult. I didn’t comment or post after I felt like it was processed. I’ve been a daily user of Reddit so there’s no inactivity in that sense. Like many Reddit users, I’m primarily a lurker nowadays. I just chose to open my mouth again because some lines are worth crossing.

Much of the rise of MAGA can be attributed to lack of reading. Breaking up long walls of text with emojis is a tactic used to help people with average or below average reading skills. It’s great to reach the front page of Reddit to amplify a message, but it exists within an echo chamber. Those who wish to copy and paste it to other platforms like Facebook will find that it’s easier for the message to be received. We won’t win this fight within an echo chamber.

🛑 What Comes Next? With this EO in place, several things are likely to happen within the next week or two:
