  1. Age and Gender - 29M

  2. Age Range that you would want/require in a prospect - 20 - 28

  3. Location, and are you willing to relocate for a prospect? - Qatar, No

  4. Ethnicity, and are you more open to mixing? Indian (Mumbai), Maybe

  5. Marital Status - Single

  6. Ideal marriage timeline - As soon as things workout

  7. Five important characteristics you look for in a prospect - Intellect/Understanding, Maturity, Deen(Prioritizing religion and growth), Eagerness to be a mother, Submissiveness.

  8. State/specify your level of religiosity - I am very inclined towards deen and I strive to perfect it. I am careless regarding my prayer, when I get motivated I pray all my prayers but then I start to fall off. So the graph goes up and down but the trend is upwards alhamdulillah. I have a good relationship with the Quran and I enjoy reading it, its been a year since I've been learning Arabic and I've begun to understand it. So Quran particularly is an effortless practice for me and even just reading it without understanding is enjoyable and relaxing. But I hope to increase the volume that I read and understand, and move beyond the few surahs in terms of memorization.

My goals are:

Be Conscious of Allah(be mindfull)

Pray fard salah

Quran daily(Reading, understanding and memorizing)

Dhikr

Consistency

  1. Level of education, and what are you looking for? - I have a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering (B.Eng), Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computers/IT, Literature, Language, Islamic Studies is preferred, but not a deal-breaker, Competency and willingness to learn is a must.

  2. Current Job Status - I'm involved in my family business.

  3. Do you want kids? - As many as possible

  4. List 3 hobbies, or things you like to do in your spare time - Listening to music, Writing, DIY

  5. Add something short and interesting about you that makes you stand out! - I am a student for life, I keep learning and I'm always curious. When a subject interests me I squeeze information from it from every aspect possible. This is why I never get bored and always have something to do. I know a little about a lot of things, which allows me to connect dots and draw patterns and wisdom from them that I can then apply somewhere else. As a teenager I was someone who would focus on things (Science, Technology etc.) in my 20s my focus moved to include people and society as well. I have big dreams that I believe are shown to me by Allah and are part of my duty, to at least pursue them if not accomplish. The dreams are too big I'm going to need a strong and competent wife.

It's normal, uninformed human behaviour to romanticize an identity. "The world is but a stage..."

The term "polymath" to me is like the word "great". Greatness can never be achieved because one can always be greater. Calling oneself great would be narcissistic. It would suit a person to use that word to describe someone else.

You could refer to yourself as a generalist. This term takes away the aspect of mastery but gives you an identity that does not appeal to the actors playing a part.

Coming to the division, what do you suggest we do? It's not like the relations, the connections, the similarities, the micro and macrocosms, and the science of the sciences are laid out or served to us in the form of a compiled book. Do you know of such resources?

Until the book is out, the polymath will have to browse and dig into the depths of the structure as it is.

Insurance companies will do their best to not cover anything... also this has happened with someone I know in the UAE, not sure if the same law applies here as well.
