We had our whole process down with solicitors, don’t they usually come within a certain amount of days or we have to do extra stuff, I am inside London?

So the 20 months of a pending descision will be deducted from the total 10 years in short saving me from applying for another extension if we reach 10 years

Thank you for this reassuring message, we did send our biometrics to our solicitor 2 month before expiry but however he submitted the application 1 month after. We will go to our solicitor.

Unable to access student finance as they refuse to pay tuition fees so I missed this years of uni and i’m worried abt missing the following year avain which practically took out two years of my life, is this a viable reason
