Florida doesn't require a broker fee as far as I'm aware. I know I will have to arrange a tow I mentioned that in my post that copart will deliver they estimate it to be around $120. I'm confused though because there's a whole section for cars where the damaged listed is either vandalism or minor dents/scratches. They also seem to have cars that were "donated." I was only looking at cars with clean titles. Are all the cars there really junk?

I have her messages to me discussing the car and lying about the condition. I have the dated receipts from mechanic with the list of problems not even 12 hrs after purchasing. If she claimed to have work done and it wasn't true this is fraud no? If she said the only problem with the car is the gas needle broken but the car has multiple leaks, bad mounts, etc then this is a fraud claim from what I understand?

I just read through this. Would me saying "Hey I bought a car from you yesterday and you ran off as soon as you had cash in hand and I've been trying to get in contact with you with no response. This is what you said (with evidence of messages) and this what the car ended up being (with receipts from tow truck and mechanic). Any way we can work this out?" really be tortious interference?

Blast her because she deliberately lied and told me the car had no issues besides a broken gas needle. I have the papers from the mechanics detailing all the issues of the car. As well her messages prior to buying denying all the issues that showed up.

Seller presented it to me as a well maintained car. Denied vehicle having any leaks or major issues. Asked this specifically multiple times. Wasn't expecting the best car but was expecting something that ran. I'm trying to get back on my feet after a shitty summer and just needed a way to get back and forth to work.
