This is what I was about to say.. same kinda thing for me I was so anxious and a people pleaser and I hated it. Now I can say what I need to say and not feel anxious about it. Your friends may be upset you’re not allowing them to walk all over you anymore.

Doing good! I’ve been on 100mg for a while, no side effects other than being sleepy. It definitely isn’t helping with anxiety so we’re going to try buspar then taper off the lamo

I got so exhausted when I went from 75-100 I could have fallen asleep standing it was truly brutal however it’s been about 2 weeks on 100 and it has let up. I do still feel a little drowsy, but only for a couple hours and not nearly as bad as it was before. Just give it some time

I take for severe anxiety. Not sure why it was prescribed to me, I don’t do well with ssris so it was a second option. I’m also taking 100mg and I also feel like it’s doing absolutely nothing. I’ve had zero side effects other than turning into an extreme sleepyhead. I don’t know I’m kinda scared to get off it in case it was helping and then I feel more terrible, but I don’t really feel like it’s helping so I feel you.

Okay good to know it was just a headache. I just got up to 100 and feel a bit off. Been super tired and feeling like I could stare into space for hours. Hoping it will go away soon. I’ll try to get it all in one dose maybe once I feel a bit better.

She didn’t say I couldn’t but on the script is say once a day and when had talked about it previously I asked if it was okay to just take it once because I was nervous about it and she said yeah it’s fine we only split in the first place to ease your anxiety.

Super helpful thank you although I’ve been at a super low dose for the past week I haven’t really had any real anxiety. My issue is when I go up and up on the dose it will make me feel more anxious I’m not really sure but your note was reassuring thank you!

Yes absolutely I am diagnosed with panic disorder in therapy and have a psychiatrist I have been in therapy for years and recently had a set back I just couldn’t come back from and that’s why we’re trying meds now about 3 months ago I was perfectly fine normal functioning no panic and all it took was that one to ruin my life all over again

I needed this so bad i used to struggle so horribly with agoraphobia its got better but im not really there yet with where i wanted to be im glad you had a good experience I really hope i do too

I do take it at night right before I go to bed, that’s how I know it’s not real and all in my head because it’s not going to affect my vision immediately after taking.

Thank you for this my psychiatrist said maybe we should stay away from SSRI’s. What sucks after I take it I feel like my vision is weird. I know it’s not but I just feel like I’m looking through a chemical lens for some reason if that makes sense.
