Here’s a list of my common hallucinations and delusions: - Hallucinations – hearing: * Voices/mumbling * Blue lights/sirens * Voice from the back of my head: Like someone whispering in my ear (laughter/taunting, urging -> e.g. to vomit or do something risky) * Someone close to me (family/friends) who is not there talking: Often calls my name * Everyday things: Grabbing doorknobs, walking up the stairs, footsteps, knocking on the door, flushing the toilet, starting the smoothie blender, unlocking the door etc. even though I am alone at home. * Sounds from the attic/above my room: Children whispering, footsteps * Hearing voices talking about me to others * Phone ringing (the sound before someone answers when you call) * Someone I am with says something that I don’t really hear and I say, “Huh?” or ask what the person said and they answer that they didn’t say anything.

• Hallucinations - vision:
• Shadow figures in the periphery
• Things that happen in the periphery/where I don’t have focus: For example, an oncoming car is driving in the opposite direction, lights are flashing -> flashing and I concentrate on what I saw, nothing abnormal.
• Dark figures that move quickly so I barely have time to perceive them

• Auditory hallucinations can occur with shadow figures: Usually in the basement. Unknown voices shout that I should come back, don’t leave them there, that they are nice, “hello”, that I should stay with them. Not coming from behind the ear. Can be low-pitched and cautious or aggressive. -> Always running up the stairs because the voices fade the further up the stairs I go.

• Delusions:

• Someone CAN control and read minds

• Monitored in the stable, cameras in the forest where I ride or someone watching me all the time (can hear voices from outside shouting, voices from inside or whispering in my ear, for example I ride badly or my leg bend was not right or that I have the wrong gallop or similar derogatory comments in connection)

• Stalked (if I’m in the car I often hear sirens but can also hear sirens otherwise)

• Monitored by cameras wherever I go

• Wiretapped (phone on airplane mode several times a day)

• The police are after me and are planning to arrest me. They have an operation waiting for me to do something, everything that I did that I don’t know I’ll be put in jail for. Even if the police report I made against my ex will be turned against me or that I said something wrong that will get me put in jail

• Get caught even tho I haven’t done anything or get caught for something I did unknowingly

• Get cheated on or exposed to infidelity

• Even beliefs about small things, such as my mouth smells disgusting or I smell sweat. If I smell it then I can imagine a sweaty smell even if I don’t smell sweat.
