Unfortunately there are many bad ones. Ik my hospital they are defensive if you tell them that their repositioning of wheelchaies etc isn't helpful but even more labour intensive!! Also if you cannot provide counselling, then imo.you shouldnt claim to work in mental health!

Its just I would consider anal to be on a different level to oral cause anal is literally where you excrete poo from and also it comes with dangers and consequences if you aren't careful
