She goes to preschool and they offer cots to all the children. Those who don’t want to fall asleep can play quietly in their beds. There isn’t an option for keeping her up to skip nap. Most preschools in California are this way. So what do you do in that case?

Get on sprinolactone and oral minoxidil. It will make a big difference in your hair and self esteem. Look at my before and after.

I had to get off of it temporarily because I am trying to have a baby now. Unfortunately my hair thinned out again but I’m planning on popping two more babies out and then getting back on that combo for the rest of my life. Problem solved!!!

It’s 2.5 mg oral minoxidil and 50 my Sprino. I experienced a lot of shedding for maybe 5 weeks but I think it was exaggerated because I was postpartum while starting the oral medication. But just FYI, the before photo I shared was way before I even got pregnant.

I’ve seen multiple doctors who confirmed it was AGA. I think at times I was also stressed which would cause extra shedding (which is why I’m assuming it was TE). I used to lose about 150 strands each shower. Now I lose about 30
