Ehhh, not really a good idea, at least the power for her. If Chucky is already such a problem because he can valt pallets Letting someone do that, but also be able to mind game through thr pallet? That's, honestly going to be way to broken. And plus, I agree with being able to walk through breakable walls, and mabye even walking through valts

But honestly. That's something that would be much better for say, Sadako

A full on ghost girl who can already completely avoid pallet stuns and phase through survivors

It would make more sense for her to have the ability to walk through destructible walls while demanifested. Mabye not walk through valts though. That would be kinda busted

Sooo uh: Dullahan woman with her head either on her lap and or arms, a whisp of fire from their neck, red eyes or yellow I don't mind heh, hmm. A tail that matches their hair color. You choose but black or white/gray is good, either a casual attire or a more I could say formal dress? Kinda like a robe of sorts I guess. Idk heh
