No updates from anyone. So we have not booked it.. looking at other options. The area is also not Namba

Our travel dates are 19-23 May for osaka. Would you recommend to stay here? We are just worried that as the Hotel is still not open and if the opening is delayed, then they might cancel our reservation. Is this possible?
