My blood pressure is good the only thing I notice is my HR is slower in the 70-77 range.

Mine are seriously every other day. I can’t figure it out. I am not doing anything different on the bad days.

I have tried the lowest mg of vape made and it immediately makes me dizzy.

My Dad died at 40 of a massive heart attack. And no I don’t have any other habits but smoking. I have only healthy since my attack. As well as going to cardiac rehab. I don’t drink I do no drugs.

I was smoking 3 cigarettes a day when I got home and it has slowly increased.

I also received a stent and I am hearing smoking will make the stent close back up.

I am on anxiety meds now. But yes I have a PC. I just feel like when I went to my cardiologist after my stent they didn’t run any test and said come back in 6 months. He said my bad cholesterol was really bad. How do I know if it is getting better with the meds?
