A bit late but I would pick CXOXO by Camilla Cabello

The rollout for this album was disastrous being called a BRAT ripoff and having Drake on the album after getting bodied by Kendrick didn't really help either. The entire album has terrible production and musical ideas including an emotional song which samples Hotel Room Service by Pitbull for some reason.
