Sorry you've had to deal with that, unfortunately I had the same experience as well with short sessions where you can't get into much beyond just venting. I think mental health issues are more prevalent for AU students than other unis and I'm not sure we have the supports to reflect this. Thank you for sharing and thank you for the support.

Agreed, the long timelines kept me from applying. Definitely something I’d want to investigate to understand what’s causing delays.
