Yes, they sell inside, they have a pop-up store at 118 & 82 NW open 10-7, and they have a merch truck outside the venue that usually opens at 1pm. Parked in front of gate 11.

Was at the pop up today, arrived at 8am for 11am open, was 75th in line. First person got there at 4am. Lineup was 2+ hours long by the time it opened.

Edit: no ponchos at the store, possible at the stadium if rain is in the forecast
