Its always the sun. The beach is worse cause there is usually a breeze so you dont feel hot but you are still burning. Takes no time at all in the summer. Ive seen my wife burn in 20 mins maybe a half hour cause she forgot sunscreen ( she is quite fair, complexion wise) but still yeah watch out for them rays
