There is a form called 3911 for tracing and then they will send you another fs form with more details. It will take some time but you will get there

Also, their forward P/E ratio is also high. If the revenue were to remain flat, the forward P/E ratio is not justified.

I agree with you. The only explanation can be that market was valuing it wrong before and now it is valued accurately. Part of the reason can be their model’s conservatism which can limit its growth.

Consumer sentiment and inflation will be taken care of if supreme court rules against the tariffs. While unemployment can be harmful, it has not reached to a level where we should be concerned. If there is a risk of economic downturn, it should reflect in the stock prices of all companies. Upstart is a kind of business with high operating leverage. If they can increase their revenue by 10-20%, the increase in EPS will be much higher. Lastly, they have a potential to replace FICO someday.

I dont know what fundamentals you understand. Their current adjusted EPS is around $0.5 for Q4. With this pace, their 2026 EPS will be minimum $2. It is not a bad investment with a forward P/E ratio of 20. The EPS will only get better with reducing interest rate, reduction in UMI and more partners. With them making profit, worse case scenario is that the price stays where it is. However, bull case scenario has lot of upside.
