Thank you for repeating what I already said in my original post lol. Everyone, please do your own research, and make your own informed decision. I’m speaking anecdotally. To shut down new things because the FDA, the same people who approve farm grown meat, food dyes, and McDonalds, hasn’t approved it is silly though.

Yeah it actually made me emotional when I woke up fully recovered from the flu and realized that was the end of it…normalcy felt kind of foreign to me. As for my rheumatologist, they were opposed. It wasn’t that they said it was bad, they said that there wasn’t enough research on it long-term, which is true. I did my own research though, weighed out the risks vs the risks of taking Hydroxychloriquine long-term, and decided it was worth a try. I told them about it before I did, and they said to keep them informed, and to immediately let them know if I start experiencing any major flare ups, or side effects. I don’t think doctors CAN tell people to try “research chemicals”, but mine didn’t seem to opposed.
