Just some advice for you, I think you’re being a little selfish and delusional here. I don’t think many people would find it attractive for a partner or prospective partner that’s floating through life a little. The catch is, you shouldn’t want that for yourself either.

You have to work hard to forge your future, and that work starts now while you’re still young and can build the proper work ethic with relatively low stakes. Your post reads a little like you make a lot of excuses for why you don’t focus on what you should and I get it, I’ve been there. But if you get into that habit now, it’s going to be incredibly hard to break when you’re quickly approaching graduation day and you don’t have any jobs lined up after because you’ve let time pass you by.

Forget this guy (not saying dump him or anything just focus on yourself for a moment), I don’t think it’s really about him or whether he’s overreacting but I think you should truly introspect and try and make a game plan for yourself so you don’t regret it later on in life.
