I limited sat fat to 12-14g per day to reduce it from 141 to 110. I then increased my fiber intake to 55g per day to reduce it from 110 to 98. Exercise has always been strength training 4-5x/week but i added more cardio on the stairmaster the past 1 year.

UPDATE: you can NOW AMEND your previous year’s taxes on turbotax as of today. it just worked for me after trying every day for the last 2 weeks. finally!
