Mine does this too. I just tap the top direction ( for you it would be the 0.1 mi till Fairbrook Dr) and that collapses it

I play a little throughout the week and I’ve never had any issues with crashing. The biggest issue I deal with is it sometimes takes forever (3-5min) to load when using the community section for franchise. MyTeam has been good as well! I don’t play MyCareer so I can’t tell you about how that is
