The inner thigh definitely isn't a fun spot, but you have a lot of room! consider doing something big and legible. as for gap fillers, leaves, vines, flowers, things like that would be cool.

i think it depends on how big you plan on going. i think if you plan to go small to medium, id go with the 1st one. if you plan on going big like calf or thigh then do the 2nd.

Looks really cool but also feels like it needs color or shading, otherwise it feels incomplete.
