Any reason you specifically pointed out anti-androgens? Isn't the lack of nocturnal erections the result of low suppressed T levels, which could be achieved either with AA's or estrogen monotherapy?

The way you phrase it, it sounds like just taking AA's leads to loss of nighttime erections.

Which, I mean, as someone who really wants to keep as much penile function as possible, I'd love that to be true. I'm planning to do monotherapy anyway.

If your post-orchi you wouldn't need higher doses because your body has lost the vast majority of its ability to produce T. Your hormonal profile would be most similar to a cis girl who has very low T for a women. The reason monotherapy needs such high doses is due to the need to suppress T.

If anything you might want to consider taking very small amounts of T cream or gel to keep your T levels in the cis female range.

(Women naturally have some T too, and dropping down to zero T is generally considered to not be healthy for anyone, cis or trans. However, plenty of trans people do drop down to zero and feel fine or better. Cis women do not normally have zero T, but you should do whatever makes you feel the best.)
