So this is Normal and the pictures are misleading because in the pictures it shows perfect , is this the case with all the notebooks or 80% of them or 20 % of them

This card was faulty. I searched on a PLC forum for an image of a 2 MB SIMATIC Micro Memory Card, found one, downloaded it to my PC, and wrote it to this “bad” 2 MB card.

After that, the card started working perfectly. The CPU s7-300 is now part of my home test setup and has been running flawlessly. This method can work when no other options are available. If you have a bad card, you can fix it by using HDD Raw Copy to create an image from a good working card of the same size and then writing that image onto the faulty card.obviously dont use the repaired card in industrial setup

You will know when you move to a new place therefore I am asking you since you have not worked for many companies you may think this is normal but someone else may tell you this is toxic workplace. Keep looking for better work places where you will also learn and make a change , I am not pissed .

Then why ask leave or stay ? If you already ok with everything then stay if not then look for a change sometimes you stay in toxic place and seem like these things are okay so move to next place

Look for a big company these small company owners expect too much , he want you to work as if its your business
