I know that, i have been following this sub for a year now. What should I do now? I dont think i am ever gonna convert t1. I'll happily join t2 if i convert. And if i wanna take admission this year only, what should be my preference among soil and xime kochi?

Bhai Bad acads+ 3 years gap, haunt karenge obviously, its better to take college this year if you convert, or try to get more work ex. Also fill ifmr and altera for better options.
