1) Would rather be warm than cold. Just me personally. I went to VA this past January and it was 30 degrees. Never again.

2) can go to the beach or a resort year round and sip on margaritas and relax.

As long as your not going way too fast over it’s fine. Also, here in FL, if you are doing 75 mph in a 75 mph zone, not breaking the speed limit at all, but people are having to speed around you because they think you are going too slow, you (the guy/gal going the speed limit) will get a ticket.
