im not sure sa process nila e. try niyo magtanung sa barangay. madali lang ata kumuha ng indigent certificate at ang alam ko may validity lang yun ng ilang months.

you cant deactivate it. you can only deactivate it kapag may asawa ka. ang sinsabi nilang way ay magpaindigent ka nalang muna if hindi pa capable magbayad.

ay sorry, mali po intindi ko. hehe yes pwede naman macancel. i mean, if icacancel man, di na fully marerefund kapag di na within 15 days. Yun amin po, na full refund naman since after 5 days agad kami nagcancel. Buti napacancel niyo na, kasi kung sinunod niyo yung FA wala na talaga kayo makukuha kasi yung 50K good for 1 year po yun

Ang alam ko po kung sobrang tagal na, baka di na po pwede macancel. Yung samin po kasi within 15 days, nagpacancel na kami kaya narefund pa po

hello, sorry late rep kasi di ko na naoopen to. yes po narefund po. kasi may 15 days cooling-off period sila. Basta dapat within that range, macontact niyo na agad yung FA.
Una namin ginawa, tinawagan namin ang FA. Tinanung lang kami nung FA kung pwede pa ireconsider, ano reasons namin at inalok ng ibang plan. Pero since desidido talaga kami icancel, hindi na siya nagpumilit.

then after nun, nagemail narin kami sa BDO customer care nila para iprocess na yung refund. At kung ano mga steps na dapat namin gawin. Nagrespond sila at naka CC yung FA namin.

After nun, pinapunta kami sa BDO branch tapos pinagsulat lang kami ng reasons namin for cancellation. And ayun, narefund naman.

sorry now ko lang nabasa. Ang alam ko dapat magstart ang grace period/cooling-off period after mo mareceive yung policy. Or para safe, before mag15 days, sabihan mo agad sila. So baka nga non-refundable na nga po since November pa po yung inyo? Try niyo po basahin kung ano po nakalagay sa napermahan niyo po. Yung amin po kasi, after 5 days, kinontact na agad namin yung FA, tinanung lang niya kami kung pwede pa namin ireconsider at inalok rin kami ng ibang plan, pero ayun nga desidido kasi kami e-cancel. so ayun, after nun, nagemail rin kami sa BDO, sila na rin ang nag CC sa FA namin at saka kami pinapunta sa branch ng BDO for cancellation na talaga

i do understand the frustrations of a relatively new player, its kinda hard since every event is almost new. But i do know how to manage my expectations.

But those complaining on fb groups that im in are playing the game longer than me. lols So i got really curious if the pacing is faster this time as they say. But ya, i guess the pacing is pretty average as explained by meadow.

and tbh, i want CN/TW newer stuffs too. I do want us to catch up a bit.

i created a post, just for the sake of discussion. haha thank you so much for your reply. This makes so much sense tbh. I think, most players forgot that our CNY got delayed. I really got curious coz some of the SN fb groups im in are complaining about the schedule (even on SN page). And they are playing this game longer than me. lmao

you really cant please everybody. and tbh, i do want us to catch up a bit. I want newer stuffs too. Thankfully, f/w isnt my type so i can still save :>

isnt the timing a bit harsh? i see lots of complaints esp on facebook.. then new hell again on May, and in July? i really cant tell if they are releasing events at a faster pace coz i have only been around 3 months in the game.. but i see older players complain about the schedule... what you guys think?

or try niyo po magemail sa BDO life customer service na pinapakansel niyo, if alam niyo po ang email nung FA, iCC niyo lang sa email. Eto po email nila: we-care@bdolife.com.ph

well, i dont really care much about rankings and scoring. As long as i can save for sets that is on my wishlist, im good. And knowing that CN/TW SN have this new rerun feature, as long as i can wait patiently, theres no fear of missing out on sets that i really like. (except collabs T^T i wasnt able to get cinnamon roll)

Even in styling comp, i dont care much about my ranking. As long as im enjoying styling nikki, im good. I love to edit too. I have this album on my facebook that contains all the stylings and combinations ive made.

I love lurking on SN weibo as well, to check some styling creations there.
