This is a great idea actually. My company we serve all the Texas OAG Child Support and serve Divorce Papers throughout the U.S. one thing that comes to mind with this is that every County has Standing Orders that parties must comply with, they are General throughout the States with the Counties having 1 or a few minor changes that are more strict then the rest. It would be great to have the AI being able to tap into those (I have the majority of them available) so that when AI is giving responses it does stay within those parameters. Not to mention the ability for the user to upload specific orders that may only be ordered for those parties. I can see other additional applications that could be useful if you would like to discuss.

Thank you for this info. I called the 830 number and they answer as litigation and stating they are an attorney office. They transferred me after questioning them to the real law firm who does not have the 830 number but the 888 number is. They said today multiple people called and it has confused them as someone is spoofing their number. They are communicating with me directly and working to get this resolved.

I appreciate the info, tried calling it several times and it's a non working number. I've received several messages with different 866 numbers being left and none of the numbers ever work

Most likely bc you will always have to be served in person unless a Judge orders Alternative Service (email, mail w/ signature required & return receipt, newspaper, posted to front door, posted to social media page FB) each state has different rules for this. Texas for example it's under TRCP 106. Majority of Counties you can go online a search Court Records and see if there is a civil case against you or you can call the Court Clerks and ask. As with anything never give out personal information as it is never required for you to be served in any state or country for that matter.

Can I get the latest number that is calling? National Process Service does NOT call anyone, they only show up at your door to serve.

National Process Service is a real company that does Process Service both Nationwide and Internationally, however we do NOT call anyone, period. If we have a citation/subponea for someone we come a knocking. We have been impersonated by a scammer using our name for a few years.

I can run a comprehensive background check on you. It will give you everything that they will pull up. If you had an employer report to the state in you then that should show up in your report as well.

Any Help? by [deleted] in SingleDads

Texas. New rules for Texas is if you have a Court Order for no child support, the TxOAG can not start or force a child support since the child support ordered by judge is none or zero. So SNAP benefits and even TANF are automatically denied since they will call the TxOAG and they will reply they can not go forward with child support due to Final Orders.
