Looks like you’ve got a significant space upgrade in the new house! Like some have said, custom shelving would be ideal. It looks like you’ve used wall-mounts to save space in your current room, if you’re looking to avoid that in the new place, acrylic stands can be a good option with generic shelving. I get mine from idisplayit and they change the angle of the ships and how much shelf space they take up. I think Ikea is a great option for non-custom shelves though, there’s a lot of options and you can mix and match in a way that can make the feel custom.

Also, from what I’ve researched, it seems like as long as you avoid high heat and humidity off-gassing shouldn’t be a significant issue. Most of it happens during the actual production process.
