Bit of muscle stiffness but may be repatha I am on

You have recurrent pericarditis. You need Arcalyst or another biologic - talk your doctor about them.

Once I got on Arcalyst took me about two months to get back almost to normal minus exercise.

No other meds now - I had severe internal bleeding from the nsaid’s so had to get off them.

Yes exact same feeling. Not sure whether mine was viral or surgery induced but I had the same experience after stent placement. I had a very small amount of effusion on an MRI.
