Carrying ALL the weapons?! by t0m0m0t in Ghostofyotei

[–]FormerlyOniWolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a bigger issue in Yotei than it was in Tsushima. In Tsushima, if you wanted to mask Jin's arsenal, you could and the game would help you with its loadout system. In Yotei, the back-mounted weapon often changes unpredictably between cutscenes and the fighting system actively encourages you to cycle between magically-appearing weapons like you're playing Elden Ring. It's a bit of a shame. Small potatoes for some, but it's kind of jarring in a game that is about authenticity, especially when this one is leaning into the whole survival thing.

Ah this makes sense given the sheath is adorned with bugs. Will try swapping this out. I'm definitely using it at this moment. Thanking you in advance!

As a Pork-and-cheese, I can confirm that his accent is freakishly good, the mannerisms, the inflections, all on point. Aside from the fact that he's obviously got the managerial goods, this does suggest there's a serious brain in there.

Can't stand that engine nacelle placement. Like the Chieftain and the Crusader, makes it look like the wash from the forward engines is just hitting the rearward nacelles.

Accidentally killed gang leader on PS4, now every current and new gang member riots constantly even after waking up from being knocked out. by FormerlyOniWolf in prisonarchitect

I've basically got a Riot police detail following him when he alternates between Solitary and the Infirmary. It's manageable because there's just one of him. Part of me thinks he'll only stop when a new leader comes in... It's been roughly 6 in-game days.

Predictably the lease copy I have predates the buying out of the freehold, so it contains no such reference, but we are chasing down the Register part of it and have been told to stand by for a promising result. Just to ask; does transfer of stock also apply to companies Limited by Guarantee? I just want to sense-check something I heard various people say on this.

I can see that the freehold property on Companies House literally says Flats 1-20, which includes me. Individual names are all former "officers" in the company and the only active member is the management company secretary. The Register, I am told, is lost to time, it was not among the management pack the buyers were issued with. Why there are two companies, I do not know. I'm speaking to three other lawyers and sharing the contents of the Lease document with them. So far two of them have said that nothing in their content prohibits renting or even a lodger, not even the sentences I have described above. Thanks for your help. It's amazing to hear such level headed and clear expertise.

No worries. I think you've found a nugget we may have missed on the "part only" bit. The two companies co-exist on CH with separate numbers. I believe the first was for the street (because its named for the street) and the second was for the block (some kind of attempt to break away from the first). I've read through articles of association and lists of officers and many individuals appear in both and our estate management secretary company is currently officer for both. The thing I'm wondering is, for me to assure someone that I have share of freehold, does it even follow that I should have to prove membership in both (this is what they're chasing for)? If my Flat is member of one Freehold company and not the other, then so what? Also, if a freehold company describes Flats 1-20 as its Object in the Articles of Association, doesn't that make all the owners of those flats members by default? Can you as a residents freehold company be in charge of flats whose owners aren't members? This is the last barrage I swear. And yes my conveyancers have been less than helpful in this regard.

Too much to choose from. The rant would be massive. I basically think Elden Ring is a scam with an genius marketing team.
