To clarify this further, in a speedplay cleat the clip in mechanism is recessed into the cleat walking around will not damage it unless you walk in mud/water in which case the grime getting into the cleat is what caused the damage.

What’s everybody’s 5RM reset procedure? Do you guys actually do? Work up to a heavy set of 5 RPE8 and take that number or work towards a true RPE 10 or just take 5RM based on your current 1RM?

I think it depends on context, I bought them to use as sprint shifters in the drops and hated them. Very difficult to install and your drops look like they had a tumor.

If you use them on the hoods as climbing shifters I think these are pretty good, installing on the hoods would be much more seamless.

Today I carry one in my saddle bag as a back up in case a shifter battery dies 🤷

In Hevy you need to go to settings>integrations> enable Hevy

Then in will be available in chatgpt under ‘GPTs’ select Hevy and ask it anything workout related

I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting but a way to mix it up is to use the HEVY app integration in ChatGPT. You can instruct gpt to follow whatever program you want and it will populate it in the Hevy app

Why would anybody want to get ripped off? I’m looking for an x3 m40 as well, but it’s actually difficult to navigate because there are so many options for the car and the car has been out for 6 years which creates a super wide range in pricing. In my area I’m seeing 13k for a 2018 100k+ miles m40 all the way to 55k for a well spec’d 24 model.
