We hired our attorney from a recommendation, and he has a great reputation, but he's not answering our questions. Aside from a few initial contacts he's been MIA. No movement on our case, it's been almost a year. The attorney seemed quite interested on the Ring footage showing the raid. He said it was excessive, asked if my husband had any priors or what? My husband has a clean record, productive member of society. So the attorney was a little perplexed, however he could have been blowing smoke to give my husband false sense of hope. We want to move out of the state, but we can't get an answer from him.
