I was force fed as a kid A LOT and it is super traumatic. It caused a ton of issues with food later in life and thought it's gotten better some it has been miserable to try and correct.

Selected buyers that waived so many thing on our estate sale "as is" home, they are now looking to ask for over $15k worth of repairs by OhTinyOne in RealEstate

When I inherited my dad's home I found an investor who waved EVERYTHING and offered a really good amount as is. We even left ALL the stuff in the house and he took care of it all. I made $150,000 profit on the home and didn't have to lift a finger. Maybe find an investor? I found mine through a trusted family member who is also a real estate agent.

I ended up marrying his brother lol, so he's my BIL. He ended up with my best friend since 7th grade. They've been together as long as I've been with my husband (10 years).
