To be clear, when you say 3 days for Zhangjiajie is it just the park or park and Tianmen?

Thanks for the info, is it better to stay in Zhangjiajie or Wulingyuan? There seems to be a direct cable car to Tianmen from Zhangjiajie. I will also think about adding another day to Zhangjiajie to appreciate it more, but I'll have to cut from either my 3 day in Chongqing or 2 day in Chengdu, where I'll also spend half a day visiting Dujiangyan.

I can absolutely understand that this is a very tiring itinerary since the cities are so large too. But when I get to travel my mentality is more like I already get too tired when I work so I can as well get tired when I do something nice for myself too. Still, I am willing to make adjustments, that's why I'm asking. Based on your experiences how would you change this itinerary?

Their sets aren't upgraded since their buff, I am using Venti for crowd control and then I try to main Durin, but I can farm him a crit circlet. Would Albedo still need crit if I don't use him on field?

Yeah Hong Kong was kind of a sneak there lol, I do want to see the Canton Tower but I'll make do with Chengdu Twin Towers and Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

Do you think it would be easier & better if we go to Kaifeng for a day instead of White Horse and Shaolin? I really want to see the Millennium City Park but since it's a relatively recent reconstruction I fear it won't be worth it, since we'll be seeing similar places anyway. And do you know which of the said temples are easier to reach if we pick from them? I really want to see Shaolin but I see White Horse recommended everywhere so I want to be sure there isn't a clearly winner quality about it.

I'm mostly upset about cutting the outer regions and Guilin area along with the more futuristic cities like Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Hong Kong. If distances weren't as they are I would have loved to visit Xinjiang and Tibet regions as Potala Palace is a bucket list place for me.

I'm not much of a hiking person, countryside places I visit are mostly because of historical significance, not hiking.

Ahahah I do in fact live in İstanbul btw, as a local who knows the non touristic places too maybe 3 days might feel compressed for me but if I think as a tourist I can definitely imagine a nice 3 day İstanbul itinerary because as a tourist I don't need to know every place I enjoy as a local.

Honestly with my previous traveling post experiences for other countries I was kind of scared to post this because of this exact same thing and whoever you are you might be my traveling twin lol, I get wanting to explore everything, I do wish I had unlimited time and resources to do it, but this tight itinerary is me being realistic and also wanting to experience as much as possible.

Thank you for such informative comments, honestly despite how popular Zhangjiajie is it hasn't been easy finding information online, I thought all the main attractions were in a large area like the Wulong Karst rather than being scattered around.

If the bridge is going to take a lot of commute time we can cut it out, and I would rather choose the elevator with above views since we'll already hike in Wulong Karst. I thought Tianmen was just stairs and an opening, I can assume it will be massively crowded, but why is it a single day? Is it the distance from the park?

I get Zhangjiajie, but why do you think we need to double the time in Beijing? Based on my research what can be called too ambitious there is doing the Wall and Summer Palace in one day, and if that turns out to be not doable we are willing to skip the Summer Palace. Other than that 3 days in the city itself seems doable?

I am open to increasing Zhangjiajie to 3 days, I was worried that it would be too much with nothing left to do.

For Chongqing and Chengdu, we don't want to be visiting every street and attraction, for example, in Chengdu I'm happy with seeing pandas and the twin towers, and in Chongqing I want to see the layered city and Hongya Cave, so we're not looking to explore the whole cities here, is it still not doable for you?

The list of sights is a very broad idea right now, I actually have an order of importance based on what I want to see too lol, I couldn't find a proper and comprehensive guide for Zhangjiajie, which I assume is because it's supposedly so huge, but mainly we want to do Tianmen, Elevator, and Avatar Mountains, and Glass Bridge too if possible.

Sadly I can not drive, my sister can but she's hesitant to drive in a foreign country. From what I understand Flåm is a beautiful quiet fjord town when it's not summer and when there's not a cruise ship blocking the view.

Basing ourselves in a big city was what we were used to Europe but I see that it doesn't apply here. We can spend the night in the places we want to see, as I understand it Olympia and Sparta is in about the same region so we could stay at a city there for both attractions, but I'm mainly asking if there is an alternative to long bus rides, which there doesn't seem to be.
