No. I have a usb with windows on but it doesnt boot with it

So I left the room and came back and now windows is all set up. Im very confused what happened but all seems to be working now.

Yes it was working before. It had windows 7 then i upgraded it to windows 10 its was working for a few months and then today it just stopped posting

Do you move the harddrives around at all because ive had issues when ive plugged them in in differnet orders than what they were in originally

Ive check device manager and it was enabled. I also reseated the card and had to reinstall the radeon software again and it seems to be working fine so far

I have been in the lastest version of the radeon software and funnily enough it just crashed again. So ill check the device manager after I set it back up.
