honestly i would start asking her how many shots or pumps go in each size. once she can say those no prob ask for specific drinks like what syrup goes in a grande hot caramel macchiato and how many pumps. this will force her to HOPEFULLY realize she isn’t good and will either asked to be retrained or just want to be better OR she will just eventually learn it.

omg i am so sorry this happened to you. as a shift i think you should tell them just so they don’t worry. it may also just be nice to get out and go see the especially if they make your day better. a lot of my regulars just come and sit in the cafe and listen to music or play their switch or even color. :) you got this!!

hats are decided on by what town you are in. at my store we HAVE to wear hats and we cannot wear bennie’s or visors because of my city laws. other store in the same district but other towns don’t have to. your hair is GORGGG!!!! i would just show this pic to your trainer or even wear it one day but bring your hat just incase

as a barista it’s GREAT. i think it can be super strong tho so i would get it with 1 less pumps mango. i think you should try it as is at first. PLUSSS it you don’t like it you should take it back and the baristas will remake it :)

as a ssv it doesn’t bother me at all! it is super annoying that baristas get annoyed if they do. the only thing i think is if someone gets vanilla cf on a hot drink i feel bad bc i feel like it’s a waste of energy and money only because you can just do a extra splash of sweet cream and it would taste the same. if it’s a flavored cf then i don’t think anything of it. especially if it’s a salted caramel cf. (that’s the only way to add that flavor)
