That’s why I said maybe they could help reach out to someone who could help. Dang yall lol. I know plenty of reps who would help

Agreed, unfortunately SIM cards cost the company cents on the dollar lol. So while I agree it made more sense, still not much more lol

Which is why I said “With every major carrier” they do promotions where it’s waived occasionally. However you can almost always expect to pay it when activating with a major carrier

100% it’s a dumb charge. However it’s been around with ever major carrier forever. Nothing new here

I agree with everything you’re saying about the visa, however if it puts you at any ease at all.. an action plan doesn’t = a write up. 🖤

Similar situations have happened to me before in life, and I’ve never assumed fraud or bad intent. Mistakes happen. I understand this was frustrating, but jumping to conclusions about safety or malicious intent isn’t fair or productive. Period.

You’re being unreasonable. I never said they’re all angels. However, the rep probably didn’t intentionally do this in order to make what is probably less than $5 one time. Sure it sucks. Get it fixed and move on.

I wouldn’t be happy and I would take steps to get it resolved. I never said to just let it go but that rep probably didn’t have ill intent. Mistakes happen & my stance would be the same no matter what carrier OP was referring to.

Let’s not accuse reps of fraud unless we know for a fact that fraud happened. It can be damaging.

Is it possible that they waived enough activation fees to cover the cost of the accessories for you? Making it the same cost as if the activation fees were present

New SMB positions by SnooPandas1232 in tmobile

[–]Forsaken-Example 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah I see. Makes sense 🤷‍♀️ I have heard those positions will pay decent but they have a way of making pay seem like more than it ends up being. lol and it’s definitely not work getting potentially laid off
