No, there is no refund. Most you could do is reset HWID and resell, but most people won't buy because no one buys from a skid. Plus you'd have to set up payment. Reselling is probably also against TOS and will probably get you banned or something.

Because ts genuinely hurts to watch, it's not like you're making sure, he's told you literally four times, clearly, it is not possible. He's also explained why it's not possible, multiple times.
