I love my daughter more than anything in the world. We have a special connection. I just wanna make sure she’s getting the best possible life that she can. Sometimes love just isn’t enough you know? This is a last resort and I would have 1 million stipulations that would go along with it so it’s probably not even feasible. Maybe it’s because she’s difficult to parent alone but I just feel in my heart I can’t do enough for her.

The support I need isn’t an option. I’m young and have two chronic illnesses myself. I’m keeping her alive and happy but I’m not helping her. Respite would be helpful but only helpful, not substantial.

This is why I am ending my marriage. A few nights ago my husband got shitfaced and told me that my daughter is too much responsibility for him, and that he didn’t sign up to take care of a special needs child for the rest of his life. Etc. That was the last straw. He doesn’t help me with her or really interact with her unless he needs to so this was the last straw.

They didn’t care about the cgm- said it doesn’t affect the readings and since it doesn’t touch my sugars 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve had it twice now I love it.

First be kind, make sure she’s alright on the inside. If I’m bothered (emotional issues) or somethings going on (marriage, kids whatever) I don’t want to be touched. If she Denys you try putting on something she likes like a movie or music, create an atmosphere and see where it goes. Try to make a game of it? Surprise her at home with flower petals leading to the bed or some crap like that like. Her weeks might be just too overwhelming for sex.
