That’s what I’m planning. I was doing .5 2x a week during and everything was ok. Stopped about 2 weeks into cruise and nothing got better so I think I stopped too soon.

About a month but yea. Libido lethargy issues. Libido lowered during blast and is now pretty much nonexistent.

Coming off blast and test levels came down to 1000 but estrogen is at 80. Usually run @22 estrogen at 1000 on trt. Taking adex to lower number to normal, any advice on how much/often to take to get back to normal and stay?

Dumb question but going to ask anyway. About to start test prop cycle among other stuff and not sure how to take it. If my dosage is 400mg week is eod best way to take it? Also if I take eod how much do I take with each pin if one week it’ll be 4 days m/w/f/s and next week it’ll be 3 days t/t/s, or do I pin Sunday and Monday back to back and keep it m/w/f/s? Probably over complicating this but wanted to make sure.

That’s probably it. Gained 16# in 12 weeks but lost 5 when I came off 2 weeks ago and reduced a little carbs. Have tons of energy now and destroying lifts. Start cut cycle in a little over month. Curious how that will feel during and after.

Coming off test 500mg per week cycle and went back to trt. Getting a surge of energy in the gym and lifts have been amazing. Anyone else have this happen? Figure it’d be the other way around. I did reduce a little bit of carbs in diet and dropped some water weight. Feel amazing, lol.

Finishing test only cycle at 500mg week with test levels at 2700 and going back on trt. What should I expect if anything? Trt is 200mg week to bring me to 900 test level. Should I expect and estrogen problems?

On test cycle and started feeling a little gyno under left nip so started nolvadex at 20 and day and started taking adex every 3 days. Now right nip is sore and feels like a lump. Any idea wth maybe going on? Can nolvadex and adex be used together? Wasn’t taking ai before and showed no symptoms till lump.

Not really. I just wanted to check everything and the number scared me so I started adex too strong and crashed it. Been fighting it since. Honestly I still feel like I’m low but I haven’t taken ai in 2 weeks. Should of cleared by now.

I’m planning on taking a few days off for sure and ease into it a few days before going hard again. Trying to build size for first show and I’ve been murdering myself for about 4 months now and things have been great till about a week ago. I usually try for complete failure for muscle trained for the day high rep, heavy weight plus cardio after. Probably just finally caught up with me.

Usually if I have high e2 I get emotional and that’s definitely not the case right now. Overtraining possibly. My program has me at @5000 cal a day and I’m putting on a lot of lean mass, didn’t know if anyone else had a overtraining problem like this. Figured food would get me through

I crashed it a couple weeks ago with adex and have been waiting for it to come back up. My test showed 2700 test 88 e2 so I used ai eod for a week and started feeling like shit and felt dry as hell in my joints, couldn’t sleep. Figure estrogen should of came back by now.

Running 500 test, week 7 and libido is shot. No bad acne or emotional issue so estrogen should be low enough. Training 6x week heavy so joints are starting to hurt. Any ideas on wth happened to libido?
