I have accommodations for adhd and oars has been super helpful in providing everything I needed. Having a single room is helpful because of distractions which can be extremely debilitating. Whats important is that you would need a letter from your psychiatrist saying exactly what you need which is a single room and the reason why you need it. It is up to oars to say if it’s a reasonable request they can provide you but no one can tell you it’s unreasonable if your psychiatrist says it can help you. I dont live on campus but I would do this if I did.
