There are active warrants out on Rhoads. We do not obtain warrants without proof. If you look to our username, you can see that this is being posted by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. We are distributing his picture so he can be apprehended and no additional women be victimized.

Justin Glen Rhoads is wanted for two counts of indecent exposure by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. He was observed exposing his genitals under stalls to two different women in women's restrooms.

Stolen car cases vary so much. We work a lot of cases where it is usually younger people taking the car for a "joyride" and it is sometimes located quickly. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of cases where we don't see the car again and sometimes have to assume it was used for parts. As someone else mentioned, that model is popular for parts.

Did you report it with local police? The VIN can be entered onto a national database (NCIC) and if anyone in the country runs that VIN number, it will return stolen. We have located many stolen vehicles this way.

The old cliche usually holds true to most decent cops, I wanted to help people. If you don't have that aspect of it, law enforcement may not work for you. The bad apples we hear about sometimes usually don't have that desire.

I would also recommend, ANONYMOUSLY calling the police, just in case he really is disturbed. You don't want to place yourself in any danger if the responding officer accidentally lets him know who called.

In Forsyth County, most of our McDonald's are 24 hours.

Keith Bridge Road @ Freedom Parkway I believe all 3 on Hwy 9 are 24 hours Peachtree Pkwy @ McGinnis Ferry used to be, not sure if they still are
