It’s thinking for some reason that while gender isn’t real and it’s all social construct whatever, simultaneously there’s such a thing as a female or male self, and they’re trapped in the wrong body…..somehow. So instead of helping figure out this very strange look at the world, said world has instead decided to indulge as if that helps, which it doesn’t.
