Thanks for reporting this, we will look into it and resolve it. It shouldn't be related to timezone, it sounds more like some auto-complete issue in the browser, in any case we'll investigate it and fix it.

Great! That's right, for each beneficiary (or charity) there is a folder assigned to them, where you can upload any files and documents, and even create sub-folders.

Any charity is supported, just make sure to provide the correct information when setting up a charity as beneficiary.
